As a graduate of the Hotel and Restaurant Management program, Jeff’s career started in beautiful Banff, Alberta at the Banff Springs Hotel. After spending 12 years at the castle, he decided to move on and found himself managing restaurants in many other popular hotels in Banff like the Rimrock Resort Hotel and the Juniper Bistro and Lounge. It was then he decided to take all this experience and high level of service training to Stone Creek Resorts at The Silvertip Golf Course where he spent over 8 years as the Food and Beverage Manager. Jeff’s passion for golf, food and wine shows in his dedication in making memorable experiences for all his guests and he looks forward to welcoming you here at the Harvest.

At 7,109 yards, The Harvest is a championship-length layout designed by renowned Canadian golf course architect Graham Cooke. The name of our club is inspired by the many fruit trees that still dot the course and add to its splendor and a-peel - pun intended!
