Mario is a professional with over eighteen years of diverse experience; specializing in event management and food & beverage service in the restaurant, banquet, and special events industries. His first foray into the Hospitality Industry started in México City, where he was born and raised. It was there that he had the opportunity to coordinate and oversee large, high-caliber events such as movie premiers, concerts, and sports tournaments. He brought his attention to detail, organizational skills, and drive to Canada in 2010, and in 2019, he was one of the top three nominees in all of British Columbia for the Provincial Tourism Industry Award in Customer Service.

His strong ability to develop and implement procedures in order to create and maintain high standards of quality, productivity, efficiency, and regulatory compliance has set him apart, while his passion and dedication to his customers is really where he shines. Offering extraordinary customer service is an obsession for Mario as he is laser-focused on ensuring that everyone receives a memorable, impeccable experience each and every time he interacts with them.
