The Harvest Golf Club has created this tournament planner for your convenience. The key to a successful tournament is planning and organization and with this planner and the assistance of The Harvest Golf Club, your delegates will enjoy their day on the golf course.

One Year to Six Months Prior to Event

Select date, time and location of the event.

Set a deadline date for registration and your refund policy.

Determine the cost per person and what is included.

Solicit potential sponsors.

Three Months Prior to Event

Select and order prizes. Custom gifts can be ordered from The Harvest ~ Contact Chad Scott, Head Professional at 1.800.257.8577 ext. 223.

Organize signage ~ If we could request that all signs be clearly labeled where they are to go; The Harvest Golf Club will place all signage on the golf course on your behalf.

Thirty Days Prior to Event

Confirm menu.

Confirm number of people.

Hole Markers (long drive, KP, long putt, etc) ~ The Harvest Golf Club will prepare and place them on the golf course for you.

Tee Placement ~ advise if you require red, white, blue, black tees.

Hole in One ~ The Harvest can purchase insurance on your behalf. Please inquire with Tamara Graham for more information. Otherwise you can organize your own insurance and provide the minimum yardage to Tamara Graham. You are responsible to provide spotters for all hole in ones.

Registration Table ~ advise if one is required.

Rule Sheet ~ The Harvest Golf Club can customize a rule sheet for you and provide copies for your registration table.

Prize Table ~ advise if one is required.

Screen, Podium and Microphone-advise if you require and they will be provided at no charge.

Provide rental club requirements. Please note men’s or ladies and left or right handed clubs.

Practice Range ~ The Harvest Golf Club has CPGA Instructor’s at $100/hour to provide tips or instruction prior to the tournament. Please inquire with Tamara Graham for more information.

Seven Days Prior to Event

Finalize menu.

Finalize all course arrangements.

Two Days Prior to Event

Provide foursome list and final numbers. Have a copy for your registration table and a copy for the Golf Shop. The Harvest will print your cart signs, scorecards and bag tags.
